The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2026, under Sections 2(b)(i), 2(b)(xi) & 3 of U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Gauriganj, District- Amethi. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only two cases have been shown against the applicant, in which he is on bail. The bail orders are on record as Annexure-3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from the case(s) mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of seven other cases which have duly been explained in para 11 of the bail application as well as in para 3
