While on his way to Jama Masjid in Delhi to convert her religion, the Bajrang Dal workers apprehended her and handed her over to the police. The accused has threatened the complainant and her family with dire consequences. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has not committed any offence. In her statement under section 180 BNSS, the victim of occurrence has stated that she is 16 years and 9 months old.
