The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.838 of 2025, under Sections- 318(4), 338, 336(2), 340(2) BNS, Police Station-Civil Lines, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR wherein the allegation has been made that one A.K. Enterprises through its proprietor, Ankit Kumar, transported iron scrap to one Saurabh Enterprises through its proprietor, Praveen Kumar.
