The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.0019 of 2026, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Bewana, District Ambedkar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only one has been shown against the applicant, in which he has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court which has been duly explained in paragraph 6 of the affidavit filed alongwith bail application. Apart from the case(s) mentioned in the gang chart, applicant has no other criminal case. The applicant is in jail since 12.2.2026. It is also submitted that the applicant is ready to furnish an undertaking
