Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State, as well as perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, four cases have been shown against the applicant, in all of which he has already been enlarged on bail. The bail orders in the said cases have been brought on record as Annexures 3 to 6 to the bail application. It is further submitted that the applicant has a criminal history of sixteen additional cases, which have been duly explained in paragraph 8 of the bail application. Apart from the aforesaid, the applicant has no other criminal history. It has further been submitted that the applicant is in jail since 11.02.2026 and, in case the facility of bail is granted, there is no apprehension that he will flee from the judicial process.
