As per office report dated 19.2.2026, notice of the present bail application has been personally served upon the opposite party no.2/ informant. However, no one appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2 nor any counter affidavit has been filed on his behalf. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rupak Chaubey, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Sahatwar, District- Ballia during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 25.7.2025. The first information report was lodged on 22.8.2025. The delay is fatal to the prosecution
