Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only one case has been shown against the applicant, in which he has already been enlarged on bail. The bail order in the said case has been brought on record as Annexure-3 to the bail application. It is further submitted that, apart from the aforesaid case, the applicant has a criminal history of one additional case, which has been duly explained in paragraph 9 of the bail application. Apart from the aforesaid, the applicant has no other criminal history. It has further been submitted that the applicant is in jail since 09.01.2026 and, in case the facility of bail is granted, there is no apprehension that he will flee from the judicial process.
