Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State, as well as perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, one case has been shown against the applicant. In the said solitary case, the applicant has already been enlarged on bail. The bail order is on record as Annexure-3 to the bail application. Apart from that, there are six other criminal history against the applicant which he has explained in paragraph 8 to the bail application. It has further been submitted that the applicant is in jail since 12.01.2026 and, in case the facility of bail is granted, there is no apprehension that he will flee from the judicial process.
