Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Iglas, District Aligarh, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in this case due to police rivalry.
