The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.435 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 118(1), 324(4) BNS, Police Station Reoti, District Ballia, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegation applicant along with three others made assault upon son of the informant but entire allegations made against him are totally false. 5. He next argued, even there was general allegation against the applicant and others and co-accused Ankush has already been released on bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 16.02.2026 passed in Criminal Misc.
