The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 66 of 2026, under Sections 2(b)(i)/3 U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Isanagar, District- Lakhimpur Kheri. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, five cases have been shown against the applicant, in which he is on bail. The bail orders are on record as Annexure-3 to 7 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from the case(s) mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of 15 cases which have duly been explained in para 2 of the supplementary affidavit. The applicant is in
