This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 437 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 115(2), 352 and 351(3) BNS, Police Station Mankapur, District Gonda. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that except the injured Praveen Singh, who has sustained grievous injuries on the head, no other injured person has suffered any grievous injury.
