Supplementary affidavits filed by the applicant are taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No. 521 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Gonda. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that only general allegations of causing injuries to three persons have been made against seven accused persons in the prosecution case, but there is no specific role assigned to the present applicant.
