Supplementary Affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant, while pressing the bail application, submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case as well as in the two cases mentioned in the gang chart. It is further submitted that in both the cases referred to in the gang chart, the accused-applicant has already been enlarged on bail. Copies of the said bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure Nos. 3 and 4 to the bail application. It is further contended that, apart from the cases mentioned in the gang chart, there are 12 other cases pending against the accused- applicant, in all of which he has been granted bail. Plea
