Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only two cases have been shown against the applicant in the gang chart, and in both the said cases, the applicant has already been granted bail. Copies of the bail orders have been annexed as Annexure Nos. 3 and 4 to the bail application. It is further submitted that, apart from the aforesaid two cases, the applicant has no other criminal antecedents.
