Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State, as well as perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, one case has been shown against the applicant. In the said solitary case, the applicant has already been enlarged on bail. The bail order is on record as Annexure-3 to the bail application. Apart from the base case shown in the gang chart, there are five other cases, and in all the five cases the applicant has been granted bail, copies of which are annexed as Annexures-2,4,5,6 and 7 to the bail application. Apart from that, there is no other case against the applicant. It has further been submitted that the applicant is in jail since 2.2.2026 and, in case the facility of bail is granted, there is no apprehension that he will flee from the judicial process.
