Heard Sri Hare Krishna Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.393 of 2025, under Sections 309(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Sipari Bazar, District Jhansi. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, on the joint possession of Rs.260 and e-rikhshaw from the co-accused including the applicant, the applicant has been implicated in the present case.
