Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State, as well as perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, only one case has been shown against the applicant, in which he has already been enlarged on bail. The bail order in the said case has been brought on record as Annexure-3 to the bail application. It is further submitted that, apart from the aforesaid case, there are fourteen other criminal cases against the applicant, which have been duly explained in paragraph 6 of the bail application. Apart from the aforesaid, the applicant has no other criminal history. It has further been submitted that the applicant is in jail since 28.8.2024 and, in case the facility of bail is granted, there is no apprehension that he will flee from the judicial process.
