Heard learned counsel for the accused-applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State, as well as perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, seven cases have been shown against the applicant. In all the cases, the applicant has already been enlarged on bail. The bail order is on record collectively as Annexure-3 to the bail application. Apart from that, there is no other criminal history of the applicant. It has further been submitted that the applicant is in jail since 26.01.2026 and, in case the facility of bail is granted, there is no apprehension that he will flee from the judicial process. It is further submitted that the applicant shall abide by all orders passed by the court below and will co- operate in the speedy trial of the case.
