Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.427 of 2025, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Colonelganj, District- Gonda. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, four cases have been shown against the applicant. In all the cases, the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The bail orders are on record as Annexure Nos.3 to 5 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application. Apart from the cases mentioned in the gang chart, the applicant has criminal history of 9 other cases which have duly been e
