By means of this application preferred under Section 483 BNSS/439 Cr.P.C., the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 0007 of 2026, under Sections 80(2)/304 B IPC and 85 of BNS/498A IPC & Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Tarabganj, District Gonda is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. Brief facts of the present case are that an FIR dated 05.01.2026 has been lodged by the informant under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 against five named accused persons including the present applicant (who is father in law of the deceased) alleging therein that her daughter was married on 05.06.2025 with named accused - Ramesh Kumar (son of the applicant) and she was killed
