The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No.297 of 2025, under Sections 309 (4) and 317 (2) of BNS at Police Station- Prem Nagar, District Bareilly. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR.
