The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicants seeking bail in Case Crime No.0009 of 2025, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Umari Begumganj, District- Gonda. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the gang chart only one case has been shown against the present applicants and in the said case, the applicants have been enlarged on bail by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.02.2026 passed on Criminal Appeal Nos.3813 of 2024 and 3815 of 2024 rsepectively.
