In the prosecution case, it is alleged that the named accused persons, along with some unknown persons, hatched a conspiracy with the co-accused and, in connivance with the participating institutions, over the past 5-6 years, obtained excess allotment of funds in the names of students by showing such allotments against institutions other than the concerned colleges/schools, thereby misappropriating and siphoning off public money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is an Assistant Teacher in the school. The allegation in the prosecution case pertains to the alleged usurpation of funds under the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in District Balrampur. There is no specific allegation against him.
