The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 136 of 2020, under Sections 396 and 412 I.P.C. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Holagarh, District Prayagraj during the pendency of trial 4. Counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant is in jail since 17.07.2020. The applicant is a law abiding citizen and has always cooperated with the investigation, and has attended the trial.
