The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.1 of 2026, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Patti, District Pratapgarh. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the gang chart, three cases have been shown against the applicant, in which he has been granted bail by the court below. The bail orders are on record as Annexure-7,9 and 10 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
