Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.It is alleged in the prosecution case that the father of the complainant on 07.01.2023 at about 18:00 hours asked to call the husband of complainant and when her husband reached her mayaka at about 10:00 PM at night, her father Siyaram, uncle Maneesh and 3-4 other people with the intention of killing started beating with lathi, danda and sariya due to which her husband suffered head injury and his left hand and right wrist got fractured and he got unconscious. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history.
