Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No.0014 of 2024, under Sections 8/20 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Jarwa, District- Balrampur. 3. As per the prosecution case, the contraband substance i.e., 1.658 gm. of charas is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the prosecution has not complied with the mandatory provisions of Sections 50, 52A and 57 of N.D.P.S. Act.
