By means of this application preferred under Section 483 BNSS, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 286/2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 B.N.S. & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Mallawan, District Hardoi is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. Brief facts of the present case are that an FIR dated 11.08.2025 has been lodged under Sections 85, 80(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against seven named accused persons including the present applicant alleging therein that all the family members used to harass the daughter of the informant for dowry demand and when it was not fulfilled, she was killed by them. 4.
