Brief facts of the present case are that an FIR dated 11.08.2025 has been lodged under Sections 85, 80(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against seven named accused persons including the present applicant alleging therein that all the family members used to harass the daughter of the informant for dowry demand and when it was not fulfilled, she was killed by them. 4.
