Heard Sri Ravi Shankar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rahul Saxena, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Ram Kumar Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.05 of 2026, under Sections- 103(1), 309(6), 117(2), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station-Dataganj, District-Budaun, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, the allegation of killing the deceased has been made on the basis of apprehension and doubt.
