This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant who is involved in Case Crime No.829 of 2025, Under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 352, 109(1), 131, 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 27/30 of Arms Act, Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow. 3. As per prosecution version, initially, complainant of the present lodged F.I.R. against the applicant and other co accused. Thereafter, another F.I.R. was also lodged against the bouncers in Case Crime No.831/2025, under Sections 324(4), 115(2), 191(2) B.N.S., Police Station Sushant Golf City against 15-20 bouncers and guard. The applicant and other co accused have also sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence but the same has not been explained
