The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 040 of 2026, under Sections238 (b) of BNS, Section 3(8) of UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and Section 30 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Naujhil, District Mathura, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 27.1.2026. It is further submitted that no eye witness of the alleged incident is there. Applicant has explained his criminal history of one case, in which he is on bail. I
