The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in FIR/Case Crime No.679/2025, under Sections 309 (6), 103(1), 238, 3(5) of BNS and Section 25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station - Chinhat, District - Lucknow. 3. While pressing the instant application, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that the case of the prosecution as indicted in the F.I.R. is completely false, concocted and bogus. 5. It is next submitted that co-accused Akhil and Arvind Singh @ Kallu having similar role have already been released on bail vide order(s)
