The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 24 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 352, 351(2), 61(2), 127(2) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Auraiya District Auraiya during pendency of the trial. 4.
