Shabbir, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0029 of 2026, under Sections 64(2)(m), 351(2), 351(4), 65(1), 333 B.N.S. and Section 4(2), 5(L)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Bahedi, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is about 15 years old as per school certificate, which has no evidentiary value being hit by Section 94 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.
