The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station- Chitbaragaon, District- Ballia, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicants were not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation was made against four named persons for beating the deceased as well as the injured Golu on 24.11.2025. Subsequently, the deceased, Ranjeet, died on 02.12.2025, and thereafter, the injured Golu made allegations against eight persons, including the present applicants.
