This bail application under Section under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant- Ajay Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 0014 of 2025, under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, Police Station- Anti Corruption Prayagraj, District- Prayagraj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that no recovery from the person of the applicant was affected and the prosecution case is that the money was thrown by the applicant on the floor which was then p
