The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.193 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 110, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS, Police Station Hathgaon, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR, general allegation has been made against nine accused persons including the applicant.
