The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 131 of 2018, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station- Khairgarh, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story mentioned in the FIR, applicant is the real brother of the deceased and, over a petty dispute of mobile, he hit the deceased with a hammer, which subsequently resulted in her death.
