The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 308 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 115(2), 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station- Gangiri, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicant no. 1 is the father-in-law, while the applicant no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased, and there was a matrimonial dispute between the daughter of the applicants and the deceased, and in the FIR, allegation has been made that, on the basis of apprehension, the applicants, along with other family members, forcibly administered poisonous substance to the deceased and kept him in an unconscious state in th
