Court No. - 67 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR SINGH DESHWAL, J. 1. Heard Sri Mandeep Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Roshan Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 355 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238, 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Eka, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein an allegation has been made that some unknown person has killed the brother of the first informant. Subsequently, in the CCTV footage, co-accused Gajraj and Chhatrapal were found in the company of the deceased, even then merely on the basis of hearsay evidence of the father of the deceased, the name of the applicant has been surfaced as an accused, though there is no eye-witness to the last seen
