The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 25 of 2026, under Sections 108, 351(3), 61(2), BNS, Police Station Tharwai, District Prayagraj during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 01.02.2026. The first information report was lodged on 06.02.2026. The delay is fatal to the prosecution case.
