The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2025, under Sections- 80(2), 85, 238, 103(1) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Soron, District- Kasganj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She is the mother-in-law of the deceased. There is an information furnished from the brother of the son-in-law of the applicant namely, Gulshan, who had informed the police and which has been entered as GD No. 22 on 2.10.2025 at 2.45 pm much before the instituti
