The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2025, under Sections- 80(2), 85, 238, 103(1) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Soron, District- Kasganj, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
