Earlier, the bail application of the applicant being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.485 of 2024 (Akash Pandey vs. State of U.P.), was decided by this Court vide the order dated 19.02.2024, releasing the applicant on bail on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court with the following conditions:- “(i). The applicant will not tamper with the evidence during the trial. (ii). The applicant will not pressurize/intimidate the prosecution witness. (iii).
