The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in F.I.R. No. 691 of 2021, under Sections 409, 420 IPC, Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the applicant was the Commission Agent in the Company in question.
