The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.1184 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 190 BNS, Police Station-Majhola, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, co-accused Mayank came to the house of the first informant and took away the deceased for some work with the assurance that he will return after sometime. Thereafter, the uncle of the deceased, Jagatpal informed the first informant that the accused has killed the deceased.
