The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.131 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 109 and 61(2) of BNS, Police Station-Khanna, District-Mahoba, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, both in the FIR as well as in the statement, the specific allegation of assault resulting in the death of the deceased has been attributed to the co- accused, namely Loknath Singh and Vichitra Singh.
