The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.131 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 109 and 61(2) of BNS, Police Station-Khanna, District-Mahoba, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
