Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.256 of 2025, under Sections 64, 127(2), 316(2) B.N.S., Police Station Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the FIR is delayed by about five months and there is no explanation for the said delay. Even the application under Section 173(4) B.N.S.S. was moved after a delay of two months, i.e., on 04.03.2025. The allegations of abetment to suicide were also foisted upon the applicant and the co-accused, but there is no overt act assigned to the applicant in the said suicide n
