The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) BNS, Police Station Baldeo, District Mathura, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation has been made that some unknown person killed the father of the first informant. Subsequently, during the investigation, the first informant confessed that he was the person who conspired to kill his father with the help of the present applicant.
