The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.321 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 352, 103(1), 61(2) BNS, Police Station-Babugarh, District-Hapur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. As per prosecution case, an altercation is stated to have took place between the parties regarding the parking of a tractor on the road. It is alleged that on 16.11.2025 at about 04:00 PM, the applicant along with eight other co-accused persons opened fire upon the informant and his family members thereby seven persons sustained gun-shot injuries.
